By creating an account or using ThrillMetric, you agree to these Terms and acknowledge our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

Eligibility and your account

You must be at least 13 years old to use ThrillMetric. You're responsible for keeping your password secure and for activity on your account. Please provide accurate account information and keep it up to date.

Acceptable use

ThrillMetric is for personal, non-abusive use. You agree not to:

• attempt to break into, disrupt or compromise the service or other accounts;
• scrape or access the service in ways that overload it;
• impersonate another person or organisation;
• upload unlawful material or material that infringes someone else's rights;
• harass or abuse other users if social features become available.

Your content

You keep ownership of your profile text, uploaded avatar and personal entries such as ride logs, ratings, lists and trips. You give ThrillMetric only the limited permission needed to store, display and process that content to provide the service to you, and in line with your privacy settings.

Catalog accuracy

Ride and park information is provided for enthusiast reference. Specifications, statuses and histories may contain errors or change over time, so please don't rely on them for safety or travel decisions.

Third-party sources and links

ThrillMetric links to and displays content from third parties, such as official park websites and credited photos. We don't control those sites and aren't responsible for their content or practices.

Intellectual property

The ThrillMetric name, branding and interface belong to ThrillMetric. Theme park, ride and manufacturer names, logos and trademarks belong to their respective owners, and third-party photos remain subject to their stated licenses.

No affiliation

ThrillMetric is an independent enthusiast tool. It is not endorsed by or affiliated with the parks, manufacturers or brands in its catalog unless expressly stated.

Service availability

We may add, change or remove features, and the service may occasionally be unavailable.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or close accounts that break these Terms or abuse the service. You can stop using ThrillMetric at any time. You can permanently delete your ThrillMetric account from Settings at any time.

Disclaimer

ThrillMetric is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we don't make promises that it will be error-free, uninterrupted or fit for a particular purpose.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, ThrillMetric won't be liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for loss of data, arising from your use of the service. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under applicable law that can't be excluded.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page shows when they last changed. Continuing to use ThrillMetric after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
